Wait wait wait...so you're telling me some guy got high, stayed up all night with his friend playing xbox, then when his wife woke him up to feed his kid, he fell asleep on it? And they decide to blame the XBox? That's ass backwards man, there's 3 adults right there who have minds of their owns... Why didn't any one say "hey dood, don't get high" or "Hey, I'm obviously incompetent and can't do this. You should probably feed the baby" since she was awake, or y'know why didn't his wife put her foot down and say "You can't get high, and you aren't gonna be up all night playing video games if you live here for free"...I think I hear that guy, that lawyer dood jack thompson coming back...he's gonna blame the game for this one for sure...

Technically, the Xbox didn't kill the kid, bad parenting and irresponsibility killed that infant. As well as some bad choices made by this 30 year old guy, his friend and his spouse. In the end, blaming an inanimate object for something like this, is like saying that the sun is what created my t.v.
